Are groups are currently mixed ability, but as we grow, we plan to offer more sessions, and split the groups based on skill.
We encourage the juniors who have been playing longer to mentor and support those who are new, and this has been working well.
The Local Tours are suitable for 5-18 year olds, with 14 categories and age approiate tees for each category,
We focus on fun games based learning. We normally start with some warm up games, followed by some golfing games, and finish with some challenges to earn those pin badges.
We have 8 different tee boxes at each event, with the distances based on Trackman data to ensure every child has the chance to make a birdie or par on every hole.
There are six to eight events in each tour, and you earn points for each event you attend, and the tour champion is the player with the most points at the end.
The main focus of the tour is to get juniors on the course, having fun, and making memories which last a lifetime
Yes, we actively encourage parents to join in as caddie.
Spectators are also welcome to follow you, but stick to the paths during the hole.
We recommend all parents to take the PCA Caddie Course, and once complete, you earn a voucher to save money off the next event you attend.
